- 2.30pm Conference Hall – OPENING CACAO CEREMONY with Vicki Barcelona
Cacao is a forgotten plant medicine – an ancient teacher and facilitator that assists you with the journey into your heart. Cacao was known to the Ancient Mayans as a powerful heart opener and potent healer and it has been named by western scientists Theobroma Cacao, which means “The food of the Gods”. It has been used for thousands of years in Ceremony as a way of connecting to its Spirit, a higher source that can give us a greater perspective on life and help us to see our way creatively through challenges and change. It has also been used to invite in more Joy and Celebration. Guided by the Spirit of Cacao and by powerful processes, music and dance, we enter a place of deep reflection and self-communion from which we can direct our awareness inside, listen deeply, enquire and allow the deepest aspects of ourselves to be revealed, to heal, to transform. Especially when used in a ceremonial and intentional way, Cacao gives us an opportunity to move towards the fullest expression of who we truly are by deepening our connection to our heart and expanding our capacity to love and be loved.
FLOW OF THE EVENING
We gather - we drink – we pray – we connect with ourselves and others – we embody – we dance our prayers – we enquire with curiosity – we listen deeply – we allow - we tap into the limitless source of ecstatic joy and bliss that is our true nature – we rest in the silence of our own Being

- 10am Primordial Meditation & Loves Breath with Robyn Collins
Primordial Meditation is a formula that assist you on a transcendental journey through multi dimensions to embody Unity Consciousness. PMP is integrated with “LovesBreath” as the ‘bridge to the divine’. Seen as the “Presence of the Divine” in the body, the breath is essential, and learning to breathe well is to invite the physical presence of Source . As opposed to “breathwork”, the essence of LovesBreath is expressed in the words of the sufi poet, Rumi:
“There is a way of breathing that is a shame and suffocation. But there is another, a love's breath, that opens the soul to Infinity”
...LovesBreath retrains the body to breathe every more freely, so that its own natural energy-streams become unblocked and integrated. It offers a doorway to growth, a doorway to freedom, awakening, illumination, creativity, and, above all, to that peace 'that passes all understanding'.
TRANSCEND - DANCE!
- 1pm - The Universal Dances of Peace with Anna Parker & Raimunda
Music, movement, song and prayer are the universal forms of human expression bringing communities together at times of celebration and enriching everyday life. The Dances of Universal Peace are a profound, cross-cultural way to touch spiritual essence through group meditation. Using sacred phrases, chants, music and movement from the many sacred traditions of the earth, the dances promote peace and integration personally across the globe. From the beginning of time, sacred movement, song and story have brought people together – at times of seasonal ceremony and celebration, as part of everyday life and life passages, in daily renewal and meditation, etc… The Dances of Universal Peace are part of this timeless tradition of Sacred Dance. As in these timeless mystic traditions, the Dances use simple music, lyrics, and movements to touch the spiritual essence within ourselves and others.
Afternoon Labyrinth Walk
A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation and prayer tools.
A labyrinth is an archetype with which we can have a direct experience. We can walk it. It is a metaphor for life's journey. It is a symbol that creates a sacred space and place and takes us out of our ego to "That Which Is Within."

Afternoon DRUMCIRCLE with Drumbala!
About Drumbala :
Connecting people with rhythm and having fun with a drum is what Warren and Katy from Drumbala love to do. Drumbala was created by Warren and Katy Loades in October 2005 when asked by a friend to teach 14 students the Djembe Drum (African hand drum) at a café in Port Macquarie NSW. Warren has been in the music industry as a Drummer and Percussionist for over 25 years and together with Katy they put together their first workshop program and found success in teaching the djembe drum to the students in Port Macquarie.
The drum circle offers equality because there is no head or tail. It includes people of all ages. The main objective is to share rhythm and get in tune with each other and themselves. To form a group consciousness. A drum circle itself is a metaphor for community with individuals of many beliefs and backgrounds coming together to share in a vision of healing and growth. Drum. A trusted conduit of energy for thousands of years, the rhythm of the drum can bring body, mind and spirit back into balance.
